“This Charity has been a life saver, they have gone beyond and helped my daughter and myself though a really tough time” Amy

After Isla’s funeral I felt very lost and empty but then I found the charity Making Miracles. I am beyond grateful for all their support. Everyone needs Making Miracles in their lives. Imogen

“I have had bereavement counselling with Making Miracles after losing my son Joey in May 2020, it helped so much and I would recommend it to everyone. The Baby Memorial Garden is such a lovely place to go to. It is quiet and private and our 2 living children love to visit” Rachel

“I would just like to give a huge thanks to those who run Making Miracles. At the end of September my son and girlfriend announced she had fallen pregnant. On December 3rd it all changed; they lost their baby. I was given the information to contact Making Miracles by a very close friend of mine, so I reached out and Hayley contacted me. We spoke on the phone about what happened and the compassion, understanding, and genuine love and care that come off her voice on the phone was immense. We are so thankful for the garden, the plaque, the bear just everything that making miracles make possible for those who have to go through this horrendous emotion. Thank you Making Miracles from the bottom of our hearts” Ruth

“After my ex-husband and I lost Gabriel, there was no obvious place for us to go. Thankfully we saw a sticker on the wall in hospital advertising Making Miracles. We looked it up and spoke to Making Miracles. Kelly messaged me straight back and gave me and my ex-husband counselling. I had quite a few sessions. She’s there whenever you need her and is so responsive. You need a specialist counsellor for something like this. They need extra training and Kelly has that. She is amazing. Kelly said it will become my new normal and she was right. The grief is still there, but I’ve learned to live with it.” Sarah

Professor Ranjit Akolekar recommended Making Miracles for specialist counselling. I’m so grateful to Kelly. She has helped me to process the stages of grief and think about my loss in a different way. We’ve got a pebble in the memorial garden, which we visit every year to lay flowers. It’s so serene up there and it just helps to remember Ava in a setting like that” Amy
