Football Team

How it started

Jack and Melissa started ‘The Making Miracles Charity Team’ in memory of their daughter Harper.

The team offers the opportunity to meet other grieving families and do something for you.

It’s so important to look after your mental and physical health especially in grief.

Every year in August The Team hold ‘The Harpers Cup’. It’s a family fun day in memory of Harper.

“We began this journey with charity football in memory of Harper, aiming to raise awareness about baby loss while supporting a cause close to our hearts. Making Miracles gave us much needed support during our hardest moments. We’re excited to be working with Making Miracles to continue raising awareness for baby loss and men’s mental health.”

About the team

Are you a bereaved dad? A family member we support? Or someone who simply wants to make a difference?

We are building a friendly, supportive charity football team focused on:

  1. Supporting bereaved dads and families
  2. Raising awareness for men’s mental health
  3. Improving both mental and physical health

This is more than just football. It’s about support, healing and purpose.

Whether you’ve played for years or haven’t kicked a ball in ages — you are welcome.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a great cause and a great group of men.

If you’d like to get involved or find out more, message us today.

Let’s support each other and make a difference together.
